Service Agreement
1. My Other Mama provides all waste bags and clean up during walks and visits
2. Owners are responsible for ensuring their pet's equipment (collar, leash, walking aids) fit securely and properly for the safety of their pet
3. My Other Mama is not a training facility and is not qualified to work with aggressive/dangerous dogs
4. My other Mama provides Royal Canin Chicken based treats, please provide any special diet requirements
5. Owners are to inform My Other Mama of any known allergies or health-related conditions
6. Owners are to inform My Other Mama of all known behavioral issues and practices used to mitigate behaviors
7. Owners are to provide all food, tools and materials for pet sitting (ie; kitty litter/small animal bedding) Arrangements can be added to purchase materials if required for an additional fee
8. Owners must fill out "get to know me" page to provide personal information for each pet
9. My other Mama will report any concerns with pets to the owner and will contact immediately in case of an emergency. Please keep cell phone accessible (when possible) during visits/walk in case of emergency.
